Twenty years of connection, community, and celebration is something truly special. On April 18, 2026, The Triangle Connection invites friends, members, and allies to gather for an evening honoring two decades of LGBTQIA+ visibility and togetherness in Central Florida.

A Legacy Built in the Golden Triangle

Founded in 2005 by LGBTQIA+ individuals from Eustis, Mount Dora, and Tavares — affectionately known as Florida’s Golden Triangle — The Triangle Connection was created to foster meaningful social connections and service opportunities within the local LGBTQIA+ community.

As a not-for-profit recreational organization coordinated entirely by volunteers, The Triangle Connection has grown into a welcoming and inclusive network. Its signature Meet-n-Greets, held monthly at local restaurants, have become a cornerstone for building friendships, offering support, and strengthening community ties.
